Held in the natural setting of Domaine de la Potière, this retreat introduces the foundations of neo-Tantra alongside Kashmiri-inspired massage practices. Participants are guided through meditation, breathwork, movement, and relational exercises that support awareness, sensitivity, and embodied connection.
This is not a training, but a structured and progressive immersion where participants can explore their energy, their sensuality, and their relationship to touch in a safe and respectful environment.
